DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK HERE. I spent approximately $5,000 with parts, labor and towing and my truck to this shop and it’s still not fixed. After six days pass I was informed to pick it up still without complete repairs. To make matters worse, they ultimately demanded that I have it towed somewhere else. On May 28, 2026, I contacted Atlanta Truck Repair after finding them through a Google search. I knew very little about the company other than they had a 4.9-star rating and positive reviews. I explained that my dump truck was in derate mode and could not be driven. I was told the truck would need a diagnostic and that they were fully capable of repairing the issue. I specifically expressed concern about the cost of towing a commercial vehicle and wanted confirmation that this was a repair they could handle. I was assured that it was. Based on that assurance, I paid approximately $1,000 to have my dump truck towed to their facility. After performing a diagnostic, they informed me of the first issue. I purchased and provided the part they requested. After that repair was completed, they called and said there was another issue. I then purchased the second part they requested. Short
